Marmo + Mac 2018

At the end of September, we will exhibit at Marmo+Mac exhibition in Verona. The most important show of our stone industry which will be, like every year, the best opportunity to meet customers and dealers from all around the world. The fair will be held from September 26^th to 29^th, from 9.30am to 6.00pm. Our booth is located in hall 5 stands C1-C2.

Our show will be focused on the new big ceramic slabs and sintered stone surfaces that popularly fill the new home architecture and designs of the European market.

The large dimensions of these new materials combined with their thin thickness make it necessary to modify the standard stone saws to perfectly work also this kind of material. For this reason, our engineers studied a lot of ways to improve the features of the bridge saw, making them suitable not only for stone slabs but also for the ceramic.

In Verona, we are exhibiting a wide range of saws among which are the most performant CNC monobloc models: GOLD and MBS. All the saws reach the highest level of customisation to meet the customer’s specific needs. For the first time, we will exhibit the GOLD bridge saw with 5 axes. Furthermore, it is possible to mount core drills and perform an automatic drilling cycle to easily cut corners and remove the tension from the sintered material plates. With regards to the other exhibited saw, we have chosen to display a special version of our MBS TS, redrawn to cut ceramic slabs.

To complete the range of products dedicated to ceramics and new materials, we will also present a customised version of the best-selling mitre saw MSA that has no limitations in the thickness of the slabs to cut effectively with the newly equipped retractable reference bar.

Among the novelties launched in Verona, there will be a compact and simple machine to make the sink cut out, the headache of all the marble workers who cannot afford an automatic CNC working centre.

Obviously, in our stand, you will find our construction site saws, various models of our floor grinders and polishers including the new all-in-one solution LM30-VE that mounts Cassani/Frankfurt plate, planetary head and single head driving plate on the same machine.

The ever-present slab trolley with the bigger version SC800 helps cope with the increasing size of slabs as well as our manual working centre for kitchen vanities TOP, ideal to process sink cut-outs, edge profile and polish, drill holes and re-polish the surface.
