Structure

Galvanized steel frame and worktop.

Surface polishing

Surface and straight edges polishing: pads max. diameter 115mm.

Cutting

Maximum diamond blade diam. 200mm – cutting depth 35mm at 90°, 30mm at 45°.

Edge profiling and polishing

Max. shaped wheel height 100mm – max. wheel diameter 120mm. Possibility of using CNC as well as shaped wheels for manual routers.

Operating head

Powerful and reliable pressurized electrospindle with external lubrication automatically activated when the motor turns on. Equipped with frequency inverter, allowing the operator to set 6 different rotation speed. Head rotation along guides 135°.

Drilling

Maximum core drill diam. 80mm (max. tool lenght 80mm)

Head motion

Head travel on stainless steel guides and wheels, guides are furnished with adjustable mechanical limit switches. Cutting depth adjustment by hand wheel. Micrometrical adjustment of the spindle motion along the axes Y and Z operated by gear motor.
