High precision 4-axis or 5-axis monoblock bridge saw
CNC bridge saw for stone and ceramic slabs with automatic head rotation from 0° to 360°, allowing for cuts in all directions. The head tilts up to 90°, enabling angled cuts from 0° to 50°, and supports the mounting of an incremental milling and drill bit, facilitating the programming of drilling and milling cycles. Maximum cutting precision is ensured by the use of linear guides with recirculating ball slides and Brushless motors.

Head rotation
Automatic rotation of the head controlled by cnc. Permits the execution of cuts along different interpolated lines and the execution of cutting programs without any manual operation.
Head motion
High precision head motion, on linear guides with recirculating ball slides and Brushless motors.
Head raise and lower on linear guides with recirculating ball screw mechanism.
Motorized head travel with variable speed on all the axes (X-Y-Z-W-T).
Head tilt
Automatic blade tilt 0-50 and 90 degrees.
Macro
Parametric geometric shape generation function to facilitate the creation of the most common cutting programs such as rectangle, hexagon, “l” kitchen top, ellipse/circle, trapezoid, threshold etc.
Worktable
Available with fixed or tilting worktable. The worktable can be covered with replaceable marine plywood boards.
Surface profiling
The profiling environment of the cnc is used to create artistic frames, decorations, recess drains, and drainage lines.
CNC Control
Cnc axes control unit with 12’’ touchscreen colour display for cuts programming. Allow the automatic execution of cutting, drilling and milling cycles without manual intervention.
Laser alignment device
To achieve an effective cutting optimization, a laser diode mounted on the head shows the blade's cutting line.
Remote pendant control
Machine is available with a remote control unit connected to the main electrical panel via cable or wireless, allows to control the movement of the axes directly near the working piece, offering a more comfortable position for the operator.

Rubber covering of the worktable
The replaceable rubber sheets on the bed of the saw provides grip to the material while cutting, avoiding it to move and also reduce vibration. It also acts as a protecting layer for the bed of the saw to avoid it being cut by the blade.
